Great new hotel with super staff. Hospitality is superb and the staff go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. However, for a new hotel with 5 stars, there are a few notes:1. We have 2 rooms, not connected.. Which the key of our children\\\'s room did not work properly. So we had to go down the the reception and change the keys, daily. As it turned out, the sensor of the key of our room did not work properly. The staff were very helpful, though. 2. Our cabinet\\\'s door could not close properly and sounds like an old cabinet. 3. The pool is nice, but a bit too small for the size of the hotel. We did have a great holiday.. Thank you so much for all the personel who went up and above for a wonderful service.

The hotel has a very nice decorations but a very ordinary swimming pool nothing special.The breakfast was just Ok specially for 5 stars hotel. not so many varieties of food. The facilities of kids also not many.Just Ok 5 stars hotel that closes to Shopping mall other than that i will prefer Westin Hotel for luxuries things
